Most recently as Head of Innovation at a Bangkok-based startup, he led a team from 0 to 30+ people and built a Norwegian real estate portal that disrupted a market monopoly, with AI embedded from the first roadmaps through to post-launch β virtual redecoration, image classification, data prediction, and more. Before that: 8 years as Head of Dev in Dublin, scaling a startup from zero to 20+ devs and establishing a profitable company. Earlier still: delivering software for brands like Coca-Cola, McDonald's, and Unilever; and global mobile enterprise software at Nokia Siemens Networks.
